About Us

Echo One Adventures started with a love of adventure and the experience of building power systems for our own travels. Since 2020, we’ve helped others prepare for weekend getaways, life on the road and trips they’ve been looking forward to for years.

We enjoy the technical side of what we do, but the people and plans behind each project are what make the work meaningful.

Meet Jordan, our founder

Before starting Echo One Adventures, I worked in vehicle upfitting and later in EMS. I enjoyed the hands-on work of installing lighting and accessories, and EMS taught me how much preparation and attention to detail matter when people are counting on you.

My first camping setup was in a Toyota Tacoma. As I built and upgraded my own campers, I found that getting the electrical system right took more thought than I expected. I wanted everything to work together so I could enjoy the trip without constantly thinking about power.

That curiosity led me to study off-grid electrical systems and pursue formal Victron training. Today, I bring that experience to the projects we take on and the conversations I have with our customers.

From my own camper to your next adventure

Between 48-hour shifts, I spent much of my time off learning, testing ideas and refining my own camper’s power system. Friends and family began asking for help with their systems, and that work eventually became Echo One Adventures in 2020.

I’d spent a lot of time helping people on their worst days. Helping someone take a trip they’d always dreamed about felt like a chance to be part of the good days, too. That’s still one of my favorite parts of this work.

These days, I travel in our fifth wheel with my wife and our two dogs. Being able to stay without hookups gives us more choices about where we go and how long we stay, and I enjoy helping others do the same.

Why “Echo One”?

The name Echo One comes from my EMS background, inspired by an Echo response designation. It reflects the care and attention I want to bring to every project.

Your adventure is our priority. Whether it’s a small repair or a complete system, we take your plans seriously and give the work the attention it deserves.
